La Floristeria is a conceptual art project by the collaborators listed below. Every artefact produced under this project, including the Sant Jordi 2026 free mint, is a piece of art first and foremost. It is not a financial product, not a company share, and not a promise of anything beyond the work itself.

Minting, holding, or trading any La Floristeria NFT is not an investment. You should expect its monetary value to be zero. Price discovery on secondary markets is driven by third parties we do not control. Nothing here constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Do not participate with money you are not prepared to lose in full, including gas fees.

The NFTs issued by La Floristeria are not securities, shares, bonds, derivatives, or any regulated financial instrument. There is no common enterprise, no expectation of profits from the efforts of others, no dividends, and no governance rights over any company.

Holders do not acquire ownership, equity, voting power, or royalty rights over La Floristeria, Nuria, Hartolabs, Paiman, or any associated person or entity.

We may describe future features, drops, airdrops, collaborations, priority access, or perks connected to holding these NFTs. None of this is a binding commitment. Plans change, projects pause, things break. Treat any mention of future utility as aspiration, not obligation.

Interacting with blockchains is inherently risky. Smart contracts may contain bugs. Networks may fail, fork, or get congested. Gas fees can spike. Private keys can be lost or stolen. Transactions cannot be reversed. Third-party wallets, marketplaces, and infrastructure providers can change behaviour or shut down without notice.

You alone are responsible for securing your wallet, understanding what you sign, and complying with the laws that apply to you.

La Floristeria is released under CC0. The art can be used as you wish, with or without attribution, for personal or commercial purposes. No permission needed. No rights reserved.

When you submit your email through this site, we store it in a private database together with your locale, an optional source tag, a hashed IP address, and a timestamp. We use it only to notify you about La Floristeria launches. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with advertisers. You can request deletion at any time by writing to harto@hartostudio.com.

Transactions on the blockchain are public by nature. If you mint an NFT, your wallet address and transaction are permanently visible to everyone.

La Floristeria is operated from Barcelona, Spain. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona.

Participation is void where prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to check that minting, holding, or trading NFTs is legal in your jurisdiction before taking part.

La Floristeria is a project created by Harto and Paiman, operating as Harto Atelier SL in Barcelona. Nuria orchestrates the work as its onchain persona, but legally La Floristeria is authored and operated by Harto and Paiman.

The Sant Jordi 2026 mint is the first collaboration of La Floristeria, between Paiman, Harto and Taya.
